All Glow con Amor products are handcrafted in small batches with love and care. Please review the details below so you know what to expect when placing your order.
Processing Time
Because our products are made fresh in small batches, please allow:

1–3 business days for order processing

Extra time during holidays, launches, or high-volume weeks
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Glow con Amor currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Heat-Sensitive Products (Body Butters, Balms & Salves)
Some Glow con Amor products contain natural butters and oils that can soften or melt during warm weather, especially in Texas heat.
This is normal for natural products and does not affect quality.
Please note:

Glow con Amor is not responsible for melting or texture changes during transit once the package is with the carrier or after delivery.

Heat-related melting does not qualify for refunds or replacements.
If your item arrives soft:
Place the product in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to allow it to firm back up.
Local Pickup (Free)
We offer free pickup at two public locations:
Tuesday Pickups – H-E-B Slaughter (Tanglewood Village)

🕕 Pickup Window: Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
When you arrive, text (512) 400-8166 with your name + order number.
“I will meet you by the gas station. I will be in a Blue Chevy Trax.”
Thursday Pickups – Walmart Buda
📍 690 Old San Antonio Rd, Buda, TX 78610
🕕 Pickup Window: Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
When you arrive, text (512) 400-8166 with your name + order number.
“I will be by the parking lot entrance in a Blue Chevy Trax.”
You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is prepared.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update tracking.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, Glow con Amor is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering their correct address.
Glow con Amor is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
