Return & Refund Policy – Glow con Amor LLC

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Because our items are personal-care and skincare products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damages, Wrong Items, or Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 3 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There is a problem with your order

Email info@glowconamor.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.


Heat-Sensitive Products (Body Butters, Balms & Salves)

Many Glow con Amor products are made with natural butters and oils that can soften or melt in warm temperatures, especially during Texas heat or summer shipping. This is completely normal and does not affect the safety or effectiveness of the product.

  • We are not responsible for packages that melt due to heat exposure once they leave our hands and are in transit with the carrier or after they are delivered.

  • Melting or texture changes do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

If your product arrives soft or partially melted, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to allow it to firm back up before opening.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Skincare, body care, or pet-care products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale items or gift cards


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in limited cases that are approved by Glow con Amor LLC (for example, orders that are damaged or incorrect and cannot be replaced).

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
